Enrolled members of federally recognized tribes can get Marketplace coverage with no deductibles or copays between 100% and 300% of the poverty level, and pay nothing at Indian health care providers at any income. Many families have never had them explained.

When an enrolled patient carries a Marketplace plan, your clinic can bill that plan for services it already provides. That is third party revenue coming back into the health system instead of being absorbed by a capped budget.
No cost to the tribe or the member.
